About us
OUR STORY
In 1998, Aleksas Kateiva founded Taumona. Over time, the company grew, improved its knowledge of materials, production methods, and built strong manufacturing know-how. This became the base for future development.
A new chapter began when Aleksas’s sons, Edgaras and Regimantas, took over. They combined business management skills with engineering thinking. This led to upgraded production processes, new technologies, and a stronger company structure.
Today, with 27 years of expertise, Taumona is a trusted name in residential furniture manufacturing. We deliver large-scale projects and offer full customization—combining flexibility with efficient execution.
Our furniture is like a well-crafted design: every element matters. Materials are carefully chosen, construction details are thoughtfully planned, and each piece is made to last.

There are no “small” or “big” orders in our work — every piece is crafted with the same care and attention. Nothing leaves our factory until we’re sure it’s made as if for our own home.
Walls and oceans are no challenge – we go wherever our furniture goes.
Our furniture reaches customers all over the world because we believe that quality and comfort have no borders.
We’ve successfully delivered to Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, France, Latvia, Estonia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
We work only with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe, reliable, and professional delivery.
Each piece of furniture is carefully packed, organized by apartment, and delivered on pallets – making installation fast, easy, and hassle-free.
No borders. No stress. Just the way it should be: on time, safe, and high-quality.

Since September 2019, UAB “Taumona” has been successfully implementing another European Union–funded project titled “Implementation of Technological Eco-Innovations at UAB Taumona.” The project is carried out under the Lithuanian 2014–2020 EU Structural Funds Investment Operational Programme Priority 3: “Enhancing the Competitiveness of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises,” measure “Eco-Innovations LT+,” and is financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
Total project value – €416,290
Support amount – €145,701.50
The project’s goal is to reduce the negative environmental impact of the company’s production processes by conserving natural resources and raw materials.
The quality of our products, the implementation of new technologies, and sales promotion are the company’s main priorities, which also help ensure customer satisfaction and trust. In recent years, furniture manufacturing based on ecological design principles has significantly grown in popularity. This demand has been driven by public concern over environmental pollution, climate change, and the presence of harmful substances often found in furniture. UAB “Taumona” is responding directly to this shift in public and consumer attitudes by implementing a project focused on introducing technological eco-innovations. These innovations will allow the company to acquire modern equipment, reduce the use of raw and harmful materials in production, and contribute to pollution reduction and the rational use of natural resources.
The project is expected to help expand our product range, strengthen our position in current and new markets, and contribute to solving environmental challenges.
